Do you see patients in-person or online?

Either. For patients who live in the Denver, Colorado, area, you can come in person to our space in Platt Park or Capitol Hill. For long-distance patients or by preference, virtual appointments are also available through Zoom.

P.S. – In-person visits can also request to be joined by a therapy dog (Olivia’s husky) to pet during a visit — only in the outdoor seating area (weather permitting)

Do you take insurance?

At this time, Holistra LLC does not accept insurance. However, we can provide an invoice for third-party reimbursement to your health insurance provider. Many insurance companies reimburse out-of-network providers. Some people choose to use their health savings account (HSA) or flex spending account, which does not require a diagnosis or limit services.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified your therapist at Holistra LLC at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

What methods of therapy are used?

Just like each patient is different and unique, each methodology used will be suited to the patient and may be adjusted throughout their therapy. Common methods used, depending on the scenario, include:

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
Family-system therapy (FST)
Emotionally-focused therapy (EFT)
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
Gestalt therapy
Enneagram assessments and theory framework
Holistic health assessments and coaching

How much do appointments cost?

All our prices are listed on our services page. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
